- You must not transmit malware, worms, viruses, or destructive code.
- Violations may result in immediate termination of service.

- We may refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.
- Non-payment content may be transferred unencrypted across networks; credit card info is encrypted during transmission.
- You may not copy, resell, or exploit any part of the service without our written permission.

Information on this site may not be accurate, complete, or current. It is provided for general information only. Use at your own risk.
We may change content at any time and are not obligated to update it. You are responsible for monitoring changes.

Some products/services may be available only online, may have limited quantities, and are subject to our Return Policy.
- We try to display product colors/images accurately, but your monitor may vary.
- We may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction and may limit quantities.
- Descriptions and pricing may change without notice; products may be discontinued at any time.
- We do not guarantee products/services will meet your expectations or that all errors will be corrected.
If you provide a phone number, you agree we may send non-marketing alerts about your inquiry or purchase (e.g., confirmations, shipping updates, incomplete checkout notices).
If you sign up for email, text, or Facebook notifications, you agree to receive recurring marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may apply. To opt out of texts, reply STOP or STOP ALL. Text HELP for help.
6. Billing & Account Information
- We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion (including per person/household/order).
- We may limit orders tied to the same account, card, or billing/shipping address.
- If an order changes or is canceled, we may attempt to notify you via email or phone.
- We may restrict orders that appear to be from dealers, resellers, or distributors.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date purchase/account details and to update them as needed.

7. Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available.” We do not monitor or control these tools and are not responsible for your use of them.
New services, features, tools, or resources may be added and will also be subject to these Terms.

Review third-party policies carefully before engaging. Complaints about third-party products should be directed to the third party.
9. User Comments & Submissions
If you submit ideas, feedback, or other materials (“comments”), you grant us the right to use them without restriction (edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, etc.).
- We are not obligated to keep comments confidential, pay compensation, or respond.
- We may remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, or violating rights.
- You are responsible for your comments and their accuracy.
- Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, obscene, misleading, or contains malware.
10. Personal Information
Personal information submitted through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Errors & Omissions
The site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing, promotions, shipping, transit times, availability). We may correct information or cancel orders at any time without notice, including after an order is submitted.
We are not required to update information except as required by law.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site or content to:
- Break laws, solicit unlawful acts, or violate regulations.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Harass, abuse, defame, intimidate, or discriminate.

We may terminate access for prohibited use.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The service and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind (including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement).
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free service, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stealthbird 4K and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, data, etc.).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms or related policies will be resolved by arbitration in Miami, Florida before one arbitrator, administered by JAMS.
- Claims > $250,000: JAMS Comprehensive Rules. Claims ≤ $250,000: JAMS Streamlined Rules.
- Florida law applies (excluding conflicts rules). The Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration.
- No class, consolidated, or representative actions—proceedings are individual only.
- If a claim proceeds in court, both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
- Arbitrator may award remedies allowed by law but may not modify these Terms.
- Award is final and binding and may be enforced in any court with jurisdiction.
- Fees: each party advances half of arbitrator fees/expenses and related hearing costs; prevailing party may recover reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees (offset as applicable).
- Confidentiality applies to the arbitration, hearing, and award, subject to legal requirements.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stealthbird 4K and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law/third-party rights.
16. Severability
If any provision is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the extent allowed, and the remainder of the Terms will remain valid.
17. Termination
Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive. We may terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, and you remain responsible for amounts due up to termination.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and any policies posted on the site form the entire agreement, superseding prior communications. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and any related agreements are governed by the laws of Florida.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at our discretion by posting revisions here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

22. VIP Membership
To cancel VIP membership, contact cs@unbindgear.com. Changes/cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next charge.
VIP Free Trial
- We may offer a one-time free trial to select participants, at our discretion.
- You are not billed for VIP during the trial, but you may be billed for vouchers or other services purchased during the trial.
- Trial length varies.
- Current VIP members are not eligible.
- Previous VIP members and trial participants who canceled are not eligible for another trial for 13 months.
- After the trial ends, you will be enrolled in a monthly VIP membership and charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Cancel trials by contacting Customer Support at cs@unbindgear.com.
Modifications
We may discontinue or modify VIP, add/remove VIP services, or update these VIP terms. If changes materially affect VIP, we may notify you by email and by posting notice. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
Shipping
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Replacements may require a shipping/handling fee of US$10 per item (or more, depending on location and other factors).
- Exchange delivery times vary by location.
- If you return an item valued over $75, consider tracking and/or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
COVID-19 Notice
Shipping may take longer than usual due to COVID-19-related constraints affecting carriers and warehouses. Please allow extra time for delivery.
After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
